Hello! I’m Adele.
I started AGC Seniors Transition Coaching so that I could help older adults feel seen and heard at this time of their lives. As I inched closer to retirement age myself, I realized there are little resources available for retirees, older seniors, and their families.
I began thinking about who seniors can reach out to for not only a listening ear, but also someone with experience working with an older demographic, who can offer guidance and direction. I’ve worked with seniors in some capacity throughout my career and I’m intimately aware of the challenges, confusion and isolation that can occur during these years.
Coaching can help you or your older loved ones face the rut head-on and get excited for the future again.
